Formats & Investment
What it costs, how long it runs, and what you get.
Siena speaks in four formats: a keynote, a half-day working session, a full-day intensive, and a 90-minute breakout. Every one is built on the Purpose Compass and framed to the problem your room is actually carrying.
The four formats
Pick the shape that fits the room.
The keynote is the front door — one room, one hour, everyone hears the same thing. The working sessions are where a team stops listening and starts deciding.
| Format | Length | Built for |
|---|---|---|
| Keynote — Purpose Is Your Edge | 45–60 min | Conferences, all-hands, leadership summits |
| The Purpose Compass Working Session | 3–4 hrs (half day) | Leadership teams, offsites, L&D programs |
| Full-Day Intensive | 6–7 hrs | Compass plus implementation planning for a single organization |
| Lunch-and-learn / breakout | 90 min | Chambers, associations, ERGs, member programming |
Investment
Every engagement starts at a published figure.
Keynote engagements start at $5,000. Workshop and full-day engagements are quoted by scope. Scope drives the rest — travel, audience size, how much customization the room needs, and whether you want the working session bolted onto the keynote.
| Format | Length | Investment |
|---|---|---|
| Keynote — Purpose Is Your Edge | 45–60 min | Starts at $5,000 |

What's included
Every engagement includes four things.
These aren't upsells. They're what makes the talk land in your room instead of a generic one.
- A pre-event discovery call to hear the room's actual problem, not a generic brief
- Custom framing built for that problem — the framework stays, the examples change
- A participant leave-behind, usually a QR code to the Compass Check
- A post-event recap for the organizer
How booking works
Four steps, and you'll know where you stand after the first call.
- You reach out Send the inquiry form or book a call directly. Tell me the date, the room, and the problem — that's enough to start.
- A 20-minute discovery call What's actually going on with your people, what the event has to accomplish, and whether I'm the right person for it. If I'm not, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
- Proposal and agreement A written scope with the format, the runtime, the investment, and the terms. Nothing in it will surprise you after the call.
- A pre-event customization call Before I build the final version, we go back through the room — who's in it, what they've just been through, what language lands and what doesn't.
Logistics
Virtual delivery and travel.
Virtual
Siena delivers virtually on Zoom, Teams, or Webex, presenting from a hardwired connection with professional lighting and audio.
Every virtual engagement includes a platform test 24–48 hours ahead and a 30-minute pre-call the day of. She'll need co-host permissions for screen share, and asks for attendee video on wherever the culture allows — a wall of black squares changes what a session can do.
Travel
Siena is based in Tampa Bay, Florida, and is available nationally.
Tampa Bay events skip travel entirely. For everything else, travel is quoted with the engagement rather than tacked on afterward, and the full stage and AV requirements are published on the speaker kit so your production team can plan without a phone call.
Questions planners ask
The answers before you have to ask.
How much does a leadership keynote speaker cost?
Keynote engagements start at $5,000. Workshop and full-day engagements are quoted by scope. That figure covers more than the time on stage: the pre-event discovery call, framing built for your room rather than a stock version of the talk, the participant leave-behind, and a post-event recap for the organizer.
What dates are available?
Now booking Fall 2026. Introductory partnership rates are available for a limited number of Tampa Bay engagements this season. Fall calendars fill from the spring, so if you're holding a date it's worth starting the conversation before the scope is final.
How much do you customize the talk?
The framework stays; the examples change. Every engagement includes a discovery call before the proposal and a second customization call before the event, and what comes out of those calls is what gets built. Siena won't rename a stock talk and call it tailored.
What do you need from our AV team?
A wireless headset or lavalier mic, a 16:9 screen with HDMI or USB-C, a confidence monitor or downstage laptop, and house lights at least partially up. The complete stage and AV rider is published on the speaker kit as a readable block your production team can forward.
Do you deliver virtually?
Yes — Zoom, Teams, or Webex, from a hardwired connection with professional lighting and audio. Virtual engagements include a platform test 24–48 hours ahead and a 30-minute pre-call the day of, and carry the same recording terms as in-person.
Can we record the session?
Yes. Siena brings her own videographer and retains rights to footage of her own session for marketing use; the host receives a copy for internal use at no cost. If your venue prohibits third-party recording, flag it at contracting rather than on the day.
